Name, email address, company, role, company size, LinkedIn profile and ticket preference, when you register as a founding attendee.
Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, company, and role, if you request a consultation through a form on this site.
Project context: details about your organisation, needs, or objectives, if you share them in free-text fields of such a form.
Marketing preference: whether you tick the box to receive email from us.

We do not collect forum accounts or other profile data through this website.

How & Why We Use Information

We process the data above for the following purposes:

Reviewing your registration and emailing you about it, about the event and about booking, until you unsubscribe.
Scheduling and delivering a consultation or meeting, where you request one.
Responding to follow-up questions and providing relevant materials.

Email about your registration, the event and other Second Horizon events is sent only with your freely given, specific consent; you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Registrations are stored in our contact list at Brevo, the email service that sends our email and handles unsubscribes. We may also share data with other trusted service providers (such as hosting or CRM partners) who process it on our behalf under written agreements that uphold GDPR safeguards.
